To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:
>Open Galaxy apps > search the Samsung member app in search box > tap on Samsung member app > update (if available).
>Go to Setting > Apps > Samsung Member app > Storage > Clear Data > Delete > tap on Back key > Force Stop > tap on permission > Allow all permission.
>Open Setting > General Manager > Reset > Reset Setting.
