Can't open my samsung member App😔😔

Hi,...

Every time I am trying to open samsung member app can't open through Mobile data. Unfortunately connecting through wireless that time app is open.

What's the problem behind this.☺

go to Settings, clear the app cache and clear data and then do force Stop and its neccessary but you should Restart your phone then Open Samsung Members, And Done👍

Hi there,

To resolve the issue please follow the below mentioned steps:

>Open Galaxy apps > search the Samsung member app in search box > tap on Samsung member app > update (if available).

>Go to Setting > Apps > Samsung Member app > Storage > Clear Data > Delete > tap on Back key > Force Stop > tap on permission > Allow all permission.

>Open Setting > General Manager > Reset > Reset Setting.

yes the problem persist slow connection
the app launches fast when i have idea 4g
the in use bsnl 3g then app launches slowly
