I’d refrain from buying Samsung phones given the premium prices they charge. In the same budget, you can get 2–3 phones from other brands that you can comfortably use for several years, and their repair costs are also much lower.
My experience with Samsung has been very disappointing. I’m facing the vertical lines issue on the display, which is a well-known problem among many Samsung Galaxy S21 FE users. Samsung provided free screen replacements only for up to 3 years, which itself shows that the issue is widespread.
In my opinion, when so many users start facing the same problem after 2–3 years, it points to a manufacturing defect. What’s even more frustrating is that the replacement cost is so high that you could practically buy a new phone from another brand instead.
When customers are paying premium prices, they naturally expect Samsung products to be reliable, durable, and free from such defects. After dealing with these screen issues—and seeing other family members also face different quality-related problems—I no longer feel confident recommending Samsung phones.
Also this issue is exactly after scheduled software update & 3 years. I know that this post will be deleted by Samsung but this is the fact.
