I am using S9 mobile. When I received and dial the calls I am unable to see the caller name or number.
It was displayed at end of the ringing.
I have already complain to customer care but still I haven't get respons.
Why this issue is occurred, flagship mobile users also facing slowness issue.
Samsung increasing the mobile price but they are not maintain the good quality.
My suggestion: Maintain quality,don't look for business. When your maintain quality then only you will get more business.
Experience: Before I brought S9 mobile, I am eagerly waiting when I want to use samsung flagship mobile, after I brought S9 my feeling was why I purchased this mobile.

Please perform the following steps to resolve the issue:
1- Go to settings >> general management >> reset >> reset settings.
2- Go to setting > apps > tap on 3 dots > show system apps > phone app > storage > clear data and clear cache.
