Call screen display takes too much time to appear

I am having Galaxy A51. I am facing big problem of appear of call screen while myself call to someone as well as someone calls me. 

When i call someone after selecting sim it takes nearly 7 to 10 seconds to appear caller screen which is very irritating. As well as when I receive a call it takes almost same time to appear caller screen.

Both are makes to feel worst about samsung, it's very basic feature or app of a phone which taking too long time to appear. Developers must take a serious note on it. It must appear within 1 or 2 seconds.

It pushes the samsung at back raw in compare to other competitors.

Just do 2 things for me in your case.
1. Do a wipe cache of your phone
2. Go to your phone app and do clear cache. Ones not clear data plz. Otherwise u will curse me. 🤬
Just wipe cache.

I have followed the steps already. But there is no remedy i got from it. Plz look into the matter immediately and resolve it as soon as possible.
