My call recording not recorded my voice but fronts persons voice record clearly, i give all permission to the recorder but not working,
Plz give solutions.🙏

You can reset the call app after taking all your backup
Start again and give all permission

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.

Note: If you are using Wi-Fi calling then you won't be able to record any calls.
Step1: if still problem persists, then perform ‘Reset app preferences
Go to Settings > Apps > Three dots > Reset app preferences > Reset
Step2: Restart the device
Step3: Reset the settings
Go to Settings > Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings > Reset settings
Step4: Software update
Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install > Download > Install now
Note: Steps may vary depending on the OS & device model.
Step4: Record calls
Step5: Recorded calls

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback > Ask question).
