Call drop

Severe call drop issue in f62. Totally useless Product samsung needs to fix it or replace the cell. Visit several times to samsung care but they failed. Not able to speak even one minute with this phone. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED.  Kindly respond.

Call dropping cannot be the issue of the device. It should be the issue of your sim card provider.

No..it is the issue of the device/software and it is confirmed by the samsung care itself.
