Bluetooth not pairing

I am unable to connect my device to my headphone which has 4.1 bluetooth version

Once check battery of Bluetooth device

Clear data of Bluetooth

Settings>apps>show system apps>scroll down to Bluetooth>clear cache/data

Also perform reset network settings

Settings>general management>select reset>click on reset network settings
