Bluetooth earphone not pairing

I have a samsung bluetooth ear phone, which i not able to connect with my handset

You may follow these steps one by one

 1. Unpair all Bluetooth devices which were connected earlier

Again turn on Bluetooth> Scan> Tap on the Bluetooth device

 2.  Settings > Apps >click on 3dot at right top corner >Show System Apps > Bluetooth Share / Bluetooth Test > Storage > Clear cache/data.


3. Reset network settings >Settings>General Management>Reset >Reset network settings)

try turning on bluetooth earphone pairing mode . by continuously pressing the power 3-5 sec ( when the earphone is off )
