My Samsung galaxy m31s cannot pair with my iBall headphone. The headphone easily pairs with my Realme and Redmi phones. Another question: when I turn on Bluetooth in Samsung it shows many  unknown Bluetooth devices ( except iBall). How can I block or remove these unknown devices from showing up. THANKS!
