The registrations are full for beta :( , do we have to wait for stable version now or will the enrollment happen again?

Unfortunately you've to wait for the release of the stable version of One UI 7.
You can't join the Beta 2 or Beta 3 update because you have not enrolled during Beta 1.
Feb 2025 is not far away. You just have to wait for few weeks👍
