If you read the Samsung Security bulletin https://security.samsungmobile.com/securityUpdate.smsb these vulnerabilities have already been fixed as part of the December update, S23 and S22 Ultra have already received it. Other models should follow soon enough

Samsung should give update other models too as soon as possible but Samsung focused on flagship device Whereas most of the people using midrange or lower budget device.
