Please like the post so that we might find a solution. If you are using s10+ and using prime video on latest version. Please reply if you are facing this problem:

No hd streaming or downloading on prime video after installing stable build of Android 10. Did everything but to no avail. Amazonforum also couldn't help (see the screenshot). Netflix/hotstar are streaming hd content without any problem. It might be India specific as there were one more post on Amazonforum regarding same problem endorsed by another fellow Indian. Samsung please fix this asap. Watching sd content on 4K supporting device doesn't make sense. Thanks.

this was the standard reply I got. so no help by Samsung. didn't expect this. Amazonforum response is in main post screenshot. so who would help. I'm clueless now..

the issue got resolved by itself suddenly two days ago. it's working as usual now.
