Hey. Go to Apps in Settings. Find Appcloud in the apps. In Appcloud, go to Storage. In Storage, select Clear Cache and Clear Data. That should do it. I was also looking for this answer for a long time but couldn't find it anywhere. Finally figured it out today. Hope this helps.
