I bought this phone few years back and have not had Wi-Fi Calling on it so would really like someone to help me please.

Wifi calling is network based feature..right now only jio and airtel are providing this feature

also check this post to find out if your device has compatability with those operators or not

Hi thank you, but this is very confusing as some phones come with Wi-Fi Calling enabled and some are having this preinstalled sold by net work provider. And nobody seems to know how to actually get it to work if your phone does not have it pre-enabled. some genious out there should hopefully know this.

what do you mean my phone should have this feature? If it did I wouldn't be writing up a post! as far as I know, I read J2 Pro 2018 does have the feature but it is not on my phone.

because this features also depends on service providers
its confirm jio does have this feature
all over india but other network still not available in every place

so are you saying if a phone has Wifi calling and I change the SIM card to a different provider that does not have Wi-Fi calling it would not work? why would one provider enable Wi-Fi Calling and another not provide this feature.

Bhai you are at Beginner level 2 Jara dusre ka sun ke to le. Dekh ise Bolte hai wifi calling ye tumhare phone me hai kya agar nahi to tum nahi use kar paoge.
Aur your phone should be android 10 plus more version .
