Android Auto

I have purchased galaxy M30s three days back.. I'm unable to connect android auto to my car.. Following points are pertinent:

1. I was able to connect Xiaomi,  vivo phone to my cars. 

2. I have tried connecting to Maruti  S cross and really Renault's  Kwid, but without any success. 

     Does anyone else has faced this problem and any is there any remedial action recommended?

I do that, but the maps don't get displayed

Since you are using the android auto to connect the device with car  and this is the third party application, so we do not have any information regarding the same. hence we request you to kindly once coordinate with the app developer in order to get the solution of the issue you are facing.
