Android 14's first developer preview has already released. 
As I have mentioned in my earlier post, Android 14 will not support installing old apps, which are made for Android 5.1 or older!

Android 14 has also got many new features, which you can see in my earlier post.
Android 14 may be officially launched between August and October, it is not confirmed when it will launch.
