I had downloaded yesterday android 10 on my galaxy A6 plus. Superb features mainly display is very fine but the problem is when the mobile screen timed out or another work doing on mobile, downloading get stop/freeze. What's the problem going. Please fix it or tell me how to eliminate this problem.
Hallo, I had formatted my phone before downloading and installing android 10. I am not facing stuck issue. I am facing one problem the download task gets stop when my mobile screen lights off and also the same problem face when doing another work on other apps.
