I mentioned in my previous posts that I was using Galaxy max hz app. You can see how I did my settings in the screenshot #1.

I am at 6.5 h SOT now with cQHD resolution (3087x1439) at adaptive refresh rate capped at 96 Hz. It can go 48, 60, 96 hz. If I want I can cap at 120 hz also at this resolution. I have enabled Adaptive battery, adaptive power saving and dark mode and some Samsung bloatwares are put in deep sleep. I have AOD at 48 Hz. Also, I don't game. With all that I am at now around 35% battery. See the screenshot #2.

P. S. : Device- Note 20 ultra exynos

However, don't do the adb setup if you are installing latest stable version. The phone will lag. Talking from experience.

If you want to set up adb, then install the beta ver 7. I am using this.

P. S. It does not void your warranty.

Keep adaptive battery and adaptive power saving on. See for a day how it goes. And put all the apps you don't need to run in background in deep sleep.
