Airtel misleading (handset does not support 5g)📛📛📛📛

Hey guys this to inform you that don't get panicked whose handset is not shown 5g by airtel by which i mean cross in front of handset not even showing software update by airtel that is misleading, it's being shown because you are using dual sim try using it with single sim(only airtel sim in any slot) or turn off other sim and then check the compatibility it will work 10000%.

@mahavir8455 i had checked in my phone which is 5G ready as per Airtel then also it is not showing 5G in network bar

For now only jio is providing low latency connectivity as it is only stand-alone 5g in market(true 5g) this is not a issue to worry about as this is only beta phase treat this as some small issues we get with beta, this will get solved soon as some stability and connectivity improves

It will not work. Samsung need to update software. I have M53 5G phone used in Bangalore city which is 5G READY but M53 need software update to match the 5G frequency as explained in media. Was searchijg for samsung press note on 5G in india but couldnot get. Samsung should clarify, why blame airtel ?

First read the post carefully i have already mentioned this post is for them whose handset airtel is showing not supported for example s22 ultra which software ready and compatible with 5g too.

It doesn't work whether second SIM is turned on or off. Handset needs software update from OEM.

Don't start commenting unnecessary first it carefully i have already mentioned this post is for those whose handset is itself showing not supposed(cross in front of handset as shown in ss) for eg s22 ultra which is software ready and hardware too
But airtel is showing hardware not ready because of dual sim

You mean go for trial and error method to fix issue. If you switch off 2nd SIM you won't be able to use it. There has to be permanent solution to this. Hopefully with time all issues will be resolved.
