We usually use the Contact/People app to find a name/number stored on a smartphone, since the Phone app is more used than Contact/People app. So it's easier if we can find it right from the Phone app. So open the Phone app from your Android-powered smartphone and notice that the numbers on the dial pad as well as English characters are present. Suppose the name Mujahid or its number 017####4826 is stored on your smartphone. So to find it by dialpad of the Phone app, first follow the Mujahid spell, that spell which you have saved. Then press the key that you see on each character dial pad once in a row, as you would for a number dial, or press the last three/four digits of the reserved number. Then notice that your desired name/number appears on the dial pad.
