About Updating J7 Max

This is not fair some of J series mobiles are got updated to pie and now they are even scheduled for Q update but J7 max is not getting updated even if it is eligible to update. 

DOES IT HAPPEING BECAUSE IT IS PACKED UP WITH MEDIATEK PROCESSOR?

Even if J7 NXT is also getting updated after which it got a issue with the touch problem and even if J7 MAX is not getting updated.

yeah but I think they should take it seriously because I think it is a eligible mobile and can be updated with the softwares
