A Phone's Camera Quality Depends on It's Apature, ISO & HDR. Also brightness is needed by Nature.

Is it right???

Apature f/1.4 - 16 MP is better than f/1.8 - 64 MP.

Am I right???

Well, the phone camera perfectly works when you use default camera settings. But, if you adjust anything such as brightness or something, it'll impact on the image clarity.

yes but apature is used to increase the amount of light to capture..clarity depends on type of lens, megapixel .Still apple and Samsung uses 12 mp on flagship mobiles these are equals to 48mp
