Pixel Camera ( Google Camera) is a camera app, which comes pre-loaded with Google Pixel smartphones. Introduced in April 2014, the Google Camera was supported by every Android smartphone running on Android 4.4+ and higher. But now, this app is exclusively available only for Google Pixel devices.

No, he can't. In India most of the S series, and all the note series are power by exynos processor, so, he will not able to intall the gcam. You should know it before saying.

Gcam don't support in dovices who don't have snapdragon processor. Gcam is only supported in snapdragon powered android smartphones.
