APPLICATION NOT FOUND

Hii, I Akshay member of Samsung community owning Samsung Galaxy M31s product of M series just want to ask why can't we see the Good Lock application in these middle range M series devices after getting an update which supports one ui 3.0? 

Please provide the application as it is available on all new devices but if not you can at least provide a lite version for our middle range devices.
