You may use following steps to check update in your device:

1) Settings > Software Update >Download and install.
2) We recommend our users to check for the software update with the help of Smart switch PC Suite as well. You can download the application from the below link:

Note: Don’t disconnect your mobile phone from PC at the time of software Installation.

Also, kindly take device data back-up before updating device to keep your data safe.

Install Smart Switch App from Google Play Store>Open Smart Switch App >Click on Memory Card Icon >BACK UP option >Choose the data for Back up >BACK UP
