I feel cheated and spied on as thr new update version 11

Has totally messed up my fon after.

It has installed byjus,  card games, chess given my locations settings, i csnt view my memorry atorage drtails my contacts cant be viewrd and samsung insists i sign for up for more apps or use its defaylt xo tacts but cant view my contacts on gmail 🙈🙈🙈

No solution form thr call centre it is 3 days i cant funcriob wihtout knowing whos calking me or vwinf to call my key people.

Has anyonr succesafully rolled back to an older version after a useless update?

Check this settings regarding auto download apps

1) first open galaxy store>settings >disable marketing choice/Get News and Special Offers

2) set "never" to auto update app

3) go to customisation service >disable galaxy store from there

and whenever you update galaxy store or reset your device, and after that if you open Galaxy store you will get the option as i attached image, so untick all in recommendation and untick for marketing choice
