A50s PRODUCT PROBLEM

For the last couple of days my galaxy A50s has been hanging and automatically restarting while I am using it. I went to the service center and they are telling me it is a motherboard issue. They also explained what can cause such problem. BUT NONE OF THOSE APPLY TO MY PHONE. I DON'T HAVE ANY THIRD-PARTY APPS NEITHER HAS MY PHONE GONE THROUGH PHYSICAL DAMAGE. THAT SAME DAY I ASKED A  PROFESSIONAL AND HE TOLD ME THAT ACTUALLY THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT AND OTHER PEOPLE ALSO HAVE FACED THE SAME ISSUE. ON THE SAMSUNG COMMUNITY I HAVE READ A BUNCH OF COMPLAINS TOWARDS THE A50s PROBLEM. IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE CONSUMER, THEY ARE SELLING US PRODUCTS MADE OF CHEAP MATERIAL! I WILL NOT PAY 8800 RS FOR SOMETHING THAT IS WRONG WITH THE COMPANY'S PRODUCTION. WHEN I AM CALLING CUSTOMER CARE THEY ARE SAYING THEY HAVE NO IDEA OF SUCH ISSUE! THEY ARE ROBBING US BLIND! I AM DEEPLY UNSATISFIED AND I REFUSE TO PAY FOR A PROBLEM THAT IS WITH YOUR PRODUCT! IT IS YOUR DUTY TO REIMBURSE! YOU CAN NOT MAKE US PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT IS SO CLEARLY YOUR FAULT! IT IS ALSO YOUR DUTY TO RESPOND TO MY AND THE OTHER COMPLAINS!

You're absolutely right bro because as we user has pay 20k to 25k for better reliability but we samsung a50s user are just facing hanging since when we were bought this phone. We continuously complained this problem but samsung didn't hear us.
Overall hanging problem ruined our experience.

same issue i am facing and they have also asked me to pay 8800 money for mother board.
i have sent mail to ceo/service head
we should fight with them..
since last 6 day i am sending mail and followup with team.

in next mail i will add you in copy.you can also rever on that mail
