You can flash this Android 10 firmware manually via Odin but you need a PC. I won't recommend you to do that if you don't have proper knowledge. Also there is nothing really new except gesture navigation and new ui animation. So please wait for the official release of the update of android 10 with bug fixed. because there's lots of bug in this version like in camera app nightmode not working properly etc.
