Hi there,

Kindly follow the mentioned steps to resolve the hanging issue in the device:
1) Please check the internal memory (At least 20% free internal memory would be recommended).
2) Too many Applications running in Background may cause the device to freeze. So I suggest you to close the multiple applications running in background which you are not using.
3) Kindly check the software update of the device now. Is it updated?
4) Please check your device once in Safe mode.
If the issue persists please visit the Samsung authorized service center. Refer to the link provided -http://www.samsung.com/in/support/servicelocation
