Dear Samsung,
I bought your phone with very high hopes that it will be so good interms of responsiveness including updates .5th of my usage ,I started finding some lagginess. We then got major updates and I felt relieved that atleast they r trying to improve it specially after the company scammed customers on S22 geekbench scores . Now the thing is that its been more than 3/4 months ,Camera is soo buggy I think is it s22 or some xiome 7k phone .Camera quality is good but the problem is it takes so much time to open , clicking a photo takes time and then jf you want to click multiple photo ,its like slowest among flagships .And this is not just my review ,my friends too have the same issue .It needs a proper software update ,otherwise literally whoever is buying S22, I think they are never going to buy another samsung device ever in their life including me . Do something about camera software update ,improve it .

Thank you for sharing your concern. We acknowledge your query and apologize for the same. We apologize for the inconvenience you are facing And please follow the easy troubleshooting steps which might help to solve the issue.
Check the physical condition of your camera lens.

1. Broken camera lens.
2. Scratchy camera lens.

Please check there is no laminated or tempered glass pasted on the camera.

Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

If the issue has not been resolved then Reset camera settings
Please follow the below steps:

Step1: From the home screen tap on Camera.
Step2: Tap on Settings.
Step3: Scroll up and tap on Reset settings.
Step4: Tap on Reset.

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Get help > Send Feedback >Ask questions).
