None of models getting 3.1.1 but some features are included under 3.1 which will be provided by Samsung with future update and it's officially confirmed by Samsung that there is no 3.1.1 except fold series.

Yeah correct. . Samsung is stepped in to one ui 4.0 . Instead of wasting time on 3.1.1 or 3.5 . .
