no bro .. but in your case I am seeing first.. see actually samsung provides non A/B partition type Ota software not like other companies hence the proper way to install software is to flash that firmware by Odin or through samsung service center as samsung use odin only for their official purposes or update software via smart switch and pc 🖥 ... mobile data or wifi creates software loop hole which produces various types of issues in device.... but recently smart switch pc version creating problems which even tripping knox also because at present bugs are present in smart switch pc ..... but then also mobile data or wifi can't tripped knox...thatswhy i am wondering 😔....better visit service center once

I was f- reset my phone after f.reset Samsung pass and there Samsung service is not working.

Hi everyone,I might have seen these post late but if you havent rooted your device and your knox based apps are not working then i have a solution for
Go to settings.Then go to device care.There you will see security option.Click on it.In your case it might be deactivated so just enable it and scan once.After doing it restart your phone.Your problem will be solved.I hope it might help you even if i saw these posts late.😀

Thank you so much for this. You deserve a medal. Why isn't this answer everywhere on the net as a first thing to try. I kept getting stuck down the route of rooted phones etc. Or accidental tripping. I nearly reset my phone which I couldn't be bothered with. 

Sad news is Samsung wallet still doesn't work but based on the reviews that might just be because it **bleep**. Still go Samsung health!
