How can I access my Samsung notes data on another mobile * not a Samsung

device Also, while accessing notes via microsoftnotes application

on window ios all pdf's or handwritten data is accessed in Jpeg/ image format not in pdf.

Also please suggest how can I Synchronize notes with google drive. 

like other third party application can be accessed on any device but Samsung notes can only

he accessed via Samsung Device.
