TabletsHey.. i had the similiar issue.. not on OTT apps but educational apps like Egurukul, marrow etc.. none of the solutions mentioned here worked for me.. I realized later on that the solution involved simply tapping the screen once while the video was playing.. (tapping twice would show the options of video playback) the stuttering got resolved..

TabletsAlso experiencing this. You can count the Tubi app among the affected. I just bought this thing as a gift for someone, and was setting it up for them with 2 apps they would want, only to find out this POS can't even do the basic task of streaming video? What the hell Samsung? And no real usable response or solution to this issue from them, since it was posted in October.
Well this thing is going back to the store. Maybe if Samsung just stuck to making the hardware, and stopped installing their own bloatware on top of the Android OS, things like this wouldn't happen.

TabletsSame issue across several apps here too.
This seems a really common issue for a new Tablet. Could this please be looked into?

TabletsSeeing a similar issue with live streaming from Yahoo! Sports on my TabA7. I am able to stream from Yahoo! Sports without issue on my phone (S10+) and also did not have this issue with my old GalaxyTab A 10.1.
Unlike other reports, I have not experienced similar problems with other sources such as Netflix, ChannelsDVR, MoviesAnywhere. What say you, Samsung?

TabletsI'm also having this issue with a couple streaming apps. Dazn and TSN are very jittery and unwatchable. However YouTube, Netflix, Plex, and Amazon seem to play fine. Clearing caches, reinstalling, factory resets have not changed the behaviour.

TabletsReceived the A7 on Friday. Tried watching TSN Direct on Saturday. Very jittery.
Performed a hard reset on Sunday morning. Installed TSN and the livestream was very good. But the stutter returned later in the day.
The only change I had made since the morning was turning off adaptive brightness. Turned adaptive brightness to ON and the stream has been free of jitters since then.
The factory reset may not have been necessary, although it did help to clear up a few unrelated glitches in a couple of other apps.

TabletsSame problem here with stuttering in TV Now App and Zappn app. How is it even possible, that a brand new tablet cant even do single tasks like video streaming? My old Huawei Tab M5 lite does this without any problems...
