external Stylus for tablet

I am going to buy an entry level 10 inch Samsung tablet. I am buying it for hand writing experience  but I am stuck. 

If I buy an external stylus, will it work on that tab?

No, if any mobile or tablet does not support stylus then it wont work.

check this....universal stylus works with all of the device..but just you have to find with compatibility

it depends on mobile or tablet that it will work with stylus or not. Universal stylus will work with every mobile which supports stylus.

So you need to check the tab whether it will work with stylus or not.

I have note 3 stylus but it is not working on my A71.

Here i am not talking about air command but scrolling is also not working with stylus.

And note s pen and surface pen is made by wacom so it will not work with all other screens.

I assume these capacitive stylus wont be much accurate compared to wacom stylus.
