accessories stopped working after update S5e

I updated my tab from android 9 to android 10 & one ui 2.0
I also own a keyboard cover. After the update mykeyboard cover stopped working.
Pls smsung solve my issue ASAP this is my daily driver as a laptop.
Is there anyone else facing same issue.

It's a major update reset is needed... once Backup everything and reset device.. If issue still persists then visit service center for reflashing software.
