Which devices will not get upgraded from one ui 3.0 to one ui 4.0

Can any one say do samsung galaxy tab a 8.0 will get one ui 4.0.

Samsung galaxy Tab A 8.4 will get android 12(one ui 4.0) update..Tab A 8.0 will not be getting update according to the list samsung shared.
