Oh. So, by Feb 22 all the s7+ will get the updates. This is interesting. I thought the update roll out will start from February 22.

no I think it was like just a general schedule
yeah it meant that it will start feb22 only but the list was given a while ago
It's like it is the date on or before which the updates are gonna start rolling out
Most of the times it happens before the scheduled date
