What a ui 🤬

I tried to tell samsung cs about this but they just say follow this step 

They think that i dont know abt those steps which a 5yrs old child also know that . Worse experience within 15days i have ever got in my life

Yes !! One ui is full buggy ui.. I am also very disappointed
