I have upgraded . Its worth upgrading from note 20 ultra to s22 ultra . S22 ultra is way more smoother than note and s pen feels more better with s22. Camera is not even comparable in terms of portrait. S22 cam is amazing

Well i wouldn't had upgraded. It will still get an android update and 2 more years of security update. But if you have money 💰 gi for it 🤣 😂 😉 camera is way better

Not worthy of upgrade. Let Expert Raw feature come to Note 20U. It will close to s22 U in majority of camera features. Ofcourse, there are aome specific hardware part which plays a major role in processing. But ya, not worth upgrade.
