Task Manager/ S-Pen issues.

Recently upgraded to a Tab S8 Plus 5G and got it updated to One UI 5.1. Somehow the software feels unpolished. The task manager often freezes and the apps i use the stylus for does not feel as intuitive like a pen should. 
Additionally I've notice something that can be frustrating sometimes that if u switch between the S-Pen and your finger, the software takes a few seconds to figure out whether it was a gesture or the S-Pen trying to jot something.

Same issue with tab S7.. I have reported them many times but they didn't respond properly
