I called the shop and he said that the offer has not yet gone live. He will let me know once he gets the update from Samsung

Yup I have 5g too, but the banner for checking eligibility and redemtion isn't available right now. The support keeps saying to not use wifi till I redeem the key oard but I think it's a way to delay the answers. As no one has got the redemtion yet.

I have pre-reserved Samsung Tab s8+ on 20th Feb 2022 and Pre-ordered on 23rd Feb 2022 as my VIP pass coupon code delivered late.

Still no sign of shipping the pre-reserved order

Yep it's been 72 hours for me since I put sim in tab, store said u will see the notification after that but I still have none.

I called Samsung Support & raised the complaint regarding keyboard offer and after that I was able to see offer in for you tab. I just redeemed the offer and the expected delivery date is 23rd March.

Yes that was the same with me. After the customer support was called, they resolved it today .

Guys, how much battery time do you get with your S8+?

I hardly get 5-6 continuous hours of usage. The apps which I use frequently are Chrome, Kindle, Slack, Gmail, Notion.
