Iam using Samsung tab s6 lite. The charger supplied in the box has 5v and 1.55A . 

I have my old note 8 charger . It has 9v and 1.67A or 5v and 2A Shall I use note 8 charger .... 

While connecting that it shows fast charging . But when it connected to the in box charger it shows only charging .

Yes, Galaxy Tab S6 Lite supports 15W fast charging but Samsung hasn't bundled a fast charger in the box. So you can use any existing 15W charger (preferably Samsung charger).

you are right, the charger supplied is 5V 1.55A but you can buy fast charger 9V 1.67A charger which is compatible with S6 lite when you enable fast charging in setting.
