Slow pointer speed in Tab S8 Ultra

Anyone else noticing slow pointer speed while using the trackpad of keyboard cover for Tab S8 Ultra after updating it to Android 13?

I've tried changing the Pointer speed in 'Mouse and trackpad' settings menu but it doesn't work as it used to earlier, the pointer neither gets slow nor fast when I set the speed using the slider. Tried turning off 'Enhance pointer precision' on and off, restarted the device, reconnected the keyboard cover.

Any suggetions/tips to solve this are appreciated. Thanks!

Yup same here on my Tab S8 Ultra. Before update it worked perfectly as I could adjust the pointer speed while using the trackpad. Now after the update to Android 13, the pointer speed doesn't change. I hope this gets fixed as soon as possible.

Just curious, has anyone followed the advice to register this issue with Samsung Members?

Another thing I noticed, ealier using three finger swipe to the left of right would help in quickly switching windows back and forth but now this gesture isn't working.

Is this happening with you all as well?

Yes i do. This is very annoying tho as i often use my tablet on the go without bringing any mouse. Add in the fact that the screen is ridiculously large, this makes the issue a lot worse. i often need to lift my finger and swipe from the edge of the touchpad again just to click anything in the edge/corner of my display. If this is the case, my old tab s6 touchpad works better, but it is way too small to do anything important. So now im stuck with smaller screen or carrying along a bluetooth mouse.

Same here with my s8
I received an update a week ago for my keyboard case which broked my pointer and scrolling speed
Hoping samsung to fix this issue as i can't use dex mode in this slow pointer speed

Folks, just installed the new update and it has solved both the issues we were discussing in this thread.

The pointer speed is restored and the slider to adjust the pointer speed for trackpad is working fine.

Also, the three finger gesture to quickly switch between apps is also working fine, albeit the animation is a little laggy but it's there now.
