Samsung tab S7+ android update

Did any Samsung tab S7+ users get Android 12 update? My device is still in Android 11 and even the security patch update is October 2021. I am pretty pissed about this.

Yeah, I have done that. But it is of no use mostly. They just send a "we got your complaint registered " sort of reply.
