Samsung not giving updates

I am using Samsung galaxy tab A7 lite and the promise Android 12 update was in August 2022 which got shifted to September 2022 ..... Now it's October till now I didn't got any update

I already contacted Samsung Customer service but they didn't solved my problem they just gave a computerized reply feedback is taken!!!!! Please look into this and give update as soon as possible .....

I wrote a mail to samsung they told visit service centre okk I went now they are telling to talk to customer care 🤡🤣

Yah in my tab s7 fe comes issue in motherboard and thankfully it was identified just 10 days before completing warranty
Meaning is simple Samsung is not giving satisfactory quality like apple or .. things ..

in your case update will definitely come and you can manually update from authorized service center.
