Dear team Samsung galaxy tab a9 plus 5g network properly working only on classic dex mode. 5g network stuck (not loading or buffering) in new dex mode and after exit the dex mode had same issue.5g network working properly on classic dex mode only. I have good 5g range in my home. Please fix this issue as soon as possible

To resolve your issue, kindly navigate to the settings menu and locate the "General Management" option. Subsequently, click on "Reset" followed by "Reset all network settings."

1. Open "Settings."
2. Select "General Management."
3. Click on "Reset."
4. Choose "Reset all network settings."
5. Confirm the action by clicking "OK."

If it does not work you message me directly message during the following time on weekdays from 5:30PM to 10:00PM and on Sunday from 9:00AM to 10:00PM

Network mode (5g 4g 3g 2g) auto change .

But Not changing to 4g lte mode automatically when not connecting 5g .

As of now, Jio SIM users are required to purchase a separate recharge plan in order to access 5G services. This information is based on my personal experience as a Jio SIM user.

@richad7424 If only the LTE Only mode is working. You can select that mode and use it.
