Hi everyone,
I purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ and it is defective as mentioned by service center.
But to my surprise they are not ready to replace it. They say return is only option.
I purchased this with offers and perks available during pre order, and if I have to return and purchase for high price again, it's my loss.
Sending defective products and making us pay more is hedious and unfair.
(I know I seem to be complaing since I joined but my experience has been very bad, including wastage of time with support)
@Samsung if you really value your customers then please help me get a replacement.

I had a similar issue with a phone 2 years ago but they replaced it for me at that time but it was a bit hassle with calling customer care but it worked maybe sometimes they might replace it or just return it

That's great. I wonder why they're not providing support for my device.
