Hi. I hope anyone can help me. Ive just recently got an S5e from the US. The unit would not play videos MKV, AVI, MPEG Mp4 formats stored in my SD Card. I had this card on my Tab S2 and it was working fine and all videos can be viewed. In December 2019, all videos can still be played in my S5e but just last week it would not recognise all and would say "file won't play" I tried viewing the files by connecting my tablet to my PC and all works well. I tried using different player MX Player Pro, VLC, GOM PLayer and others available in Google store but unsuccessful. Can anyone tell me whats going on? Some info online say it has something to do with S5e not playing HRD or the latest update disable the recognition of the unit for such format. I tried using video converter to the format supported by Samsung tablets but still videos won't play. All formats play in my PC and laptop through connecting my tablet and reading the file from the SD card. Please help, i am getting really frustrated now
