SPen accuracy near the screen edge in Tab S6 lite 2022

Hi,

SPen does not work properly near screen edges, especially near the right edge and the upper right corner. The screen fails to register SPen stroke (as can be seen in the photo attached). This happens in the entire UI, not just a specific app. It happens even if no case/cover is applied to the tablet; this removes the possibiliy of case magnets interfering with the SPen sensor.

Is it just me or has anyone else faced this strange behaviour of SPen in Tab S6 lite 2022?

Is it QC issue?

Any solution?

You mean customer care, right? In fact, I did ask. Like every other problem, ultimately, the customer has to visit service center... it seems. Anyway, I just posted the issue here to check whether anyone else has faced similar issue? Or I'm just nitpicking 😅.

There is some issue with your display. In this members app go to support -> tablet diagnostic-> check for spen functioning.
If something wrong found then contact service centre they will change display for u.
BTW you bought that from flipkart or Samsung shop or offline?

I bought it from Samsung shop app. And yes, I have already checked it in the tablet diagnostics, and the outcome is kind of same. Contacted customer support, they suggested to visit service centre.

Do you own S6 lite? You have similar issue when using spen (not putting lot of pressure, just lightly touching the screen)?

Had there in my tab s7 but it was due to cover.

Oh, I see. I don't use any cover or screen protector. I think in my case, the magnets in the tablet themselves are messing with the spen functionality, because normal (finger) touch works without any issue.

Guys should I take a chance and go for this tab or get an apple. 22k it is for 4 64. In BBDays sale, apple will cost arnd 9th gen) 24-25k. With pencil alternatives of 1500,I'll good to go. But considering it only bcz of spen and it doesn't make that tup tup noise. Also free.
